Strategy without a delivery model
The priority is clear, but accountability, process, ownership, and organizational capacity have not caught up.
Dr. Tamara Redic advises institutions responsible for education, workforce, and economic-mobility outcomes—helping leaders translate commitments into programs, pathways, and organizational capability that people can actually use.
A board can approve the strategy. A funder can support the initiative. A leadership team can announce the commitment. Outcomes still depend on the operating choices underneath: ownership, program design, learning conditions, partnerships, capability, measurement, and the experience of the people the system is meant to serve.
The priority is clear, but accountability, process, ownership, and organizational capacity have not caught up.
Good work exists across campuses, partners, employers, or communities—but the pieces do not yet function as one system.
Participation can be counted. The harder question is what students, workers, families, or communities can actually do afterward.
The work begins with the decision, program, or institutional outcome in front of the leadership team—not with a prepackaged consulting product.
For senior leaders who need an external strategic perspective before or during a consequential decision.
For institutions translating a goal, mandate, or funding commitment into an operating program or pathway.
For teams and partner systems that need shared direction, stronger execution capacity, or a workable implementation path.
Senior advisory work usually begins when leaders recognize the decision, design, or operating gap they cannot leave unresolved.
Translate the commitment into ownership, operating choices, program structure, and an implementation sequence leadership can govern.
Define the model before activity outruns design—who owns what, how the pieces connect, what success means, and what has to be built first.
Examine where education, workforce, employer, or community offerings stop functioning as a connected route to opportunity.
Move past compliance reporting to the program, learning, partnership, and leadership conditions that influence readiness and capability.
Reframe financial-capability and learning initiatives around usable knowledge, decisions, and application—not participation alone.
Pressure-test assumptions, stakeholder logic, risks, language, and the case leadership will need to stand behind.
Dr. Redic's doctoral research examined economically inclusive curriculum and College, Career, and Military Readiness among African American high school students, including the perspectives of educator leaders responsible for curriculum decisions.
The study brought together readiness, economic inclusion, financial capability, opportunity pathways, curriculum, and the institutional decisions that shape students' transition beyond high school.

How do institutions build clearer pathways to readiness, capability, and economic opportunity?
Experience in teaching and campus leadership, with Texas teacher, principal, and superintendent credentials.
Experience connecting education, community needs, program design, and organizational delivery.
Experience in economic education, community engagement and development, and financial-capability work.
Ed.D. research focused on economically inclusive curriculum and CCMR, with educator decision-makers included in the study.
An emerging book and learning framework about building stability, capability, and opportunity when an inherited roadmap does not exist. Tamara described a seven-pillar storyboard and partial chapter development in the strategy meeting. The public brand should allow this IP to mature without overstating what it is today.
Selected board sessions, leadership programs, facilitated learning, and conference presentations are available on economic mobility, readiness, financial capability, and the institutional work of turning access into opportunity.
A first conversation establishes what the institution is trying to decide, build, redesign, or make accountable—and whether Dr. Redic is the right advisor for that work.
